helpful staff large room quiet hotel cold room inconsistent shower blood stains

the front desk staff member was friendly and helpful. we were given a large room, a nice surprise. the hotel was quiet during our four-night stay over new year.

the room felt cold and the shower water temperature was inconsistent. the duvet had blood stains. i wouldn't want to guess what the other stains were.

grout mold barely warm shower

The location worked because it was near the beach.

The room was far from perfect. The bathroom had mold in the grout, a disturbing discovery. I also found the shower barely warm, made the mornings less than refreshing.

central location clean kettle comfortable bed

The central location was great. I could easily walk to nearby attractions. the room had tea and coffee facilities. The clean kettle was a plus. the bed and duvet were comfortable. I slept soundly.

The was some noise coming from other guests. It disrupted my sleep
